"Im Turm" translates to "in the tower" and that's what it is actually.
a true and personal café owned by a friend, that is living on a farm.
the tower used to distribute the electricity for the small town of 83 residents.
now it's all a bit more updated and the tower had no use. in the challenging
time of the corona pandemic she dreamed of converting this space close
to her own house.
most of the food and beverages sold are self-grown / fresh baked
or at least organic and local. the down-to-earth atmosphere was
the biggest inspiration for me and the creative process.
